Lead Integrations Engineer

Trilogy International is seeking a Lead Integration Engineer with strong OMP expertise to join our esteemed life science client.

This role is critical to the success of a major transformation project, focusing on the seamless integration of OMP-based supply chain planning solutions with the S4/HANA platform.

Maintaining the integrity of the internally built OMP template during this migration is a top priority, and we are looking for a technical leader who can ensure that this core functionality is preserved.

This is a 12-month contract (initially) offering a competitive daily rate and fully remote working.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Lead Integration Engineer for the alignment and integration of OMP solutions with S4/HANA.
• Leverage deep OMP knowledge to understand and protect the organisation’s internally built OMP template during integration.
• Collaborate closely with business partners, technical teams, project teams, and the OMP 3rd-party vendor to deliver a smooth and effective integration.
• Analyse the existing OMP implementation to identify potential risks and ensure the design and functionality remain intact throughout the S4/HANA migration.
• Conduct impact assessments for integration changes, designing and implementing robust test scripts to address risks and maintain quality.
• Coordinate with functional squads (PP, Inventory, E2E, SNP, DP) to address testing and functional dependencies specific to the OMP and S4 integration.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of code delivered by vendors, focusing on efficiency, maintainability, and alignment with technical standards.
• Lead testing, deployment, and release activities, ensuring that OMP functionalities integrate seamlessly into the new S4 architecture.
• Provide progress updates to stakeholders, manage escalations, and support the resolution of critical incidents through Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

What We're Looking For:
• Strong OMP expertise: Proven experience with OMP implementation and integration, including a deep understanding of custom templates and their functionality.
• Experience in SAP S4/HANA integration, with the ability to align ERP functionalities with supply chain planning systems.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and modules, including PP, Inventory, SNP, and DP.
• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams, technical stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
• Advanced skills in conducting impact assessments, automated testing, and deployment processes.
• Strong communication skills for reporting progress to stakeholders and coordinating with technical teams.
• A strategic mindset to analyse risks and deliver integration solutions that meet both technical and business objectives.
