Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Code Developer & Designer to join our team.
We are developing SaaS applications that will be deployed on the cloud.
Our work focuses on the development and application of AI/ML methods and tools.
Special emphasis is given in our R&D work related to physics/science-informed ML techniques.
Our commercial products target applications related to environmental and earth sciences.
You will be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying software applications according to business requirements.
You will work closely with a cross-functional team to develop high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
Required skills

Proficiency in Julia/Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, and HTML.
Cloud data management and computing experience with platforms such as JuliaHub, AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience developing APIs and software frontends and backends.
Experience in javascript visualization libraries such as Dash.js, Plotly.js, D3.js, and Chart.js.

Desired skills

Fluid flow, well hydraulics, geology, geochemistry, geophysics, geothermal, or general environmental and earth-science background.
Machine learning experience and skills.
Physics/science-informed ML methods and tools.
GIS experience.
ArcGIS dashboard and/or Power BI experience.
SQL database management.
Experience in Julia visualization packages such as Stipple.jl, Dash.jl, Plotly.jl, and Makie.jl.
Experience in the development of cell phone apps.

Duties

Collaborate with a cross-functional team to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop and maintain software documentation, including design specifications and user manuals.
Develop summary reports and demonstrative studies.
Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs and issues.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve development processes.
Particiapte in proposal writing.
Co-author research papers.
