Guidewire Business Analyst

Location: 100% Remotely (Local To MA)

• Job Description: Guidewire Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Guidewire Business Analyst to join our client's team. This position offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Massachusetts who can attend occasional on-site meetings.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Guidewire Policy Center implementations.
• Drive the design and execution of Guidewire Cloud migration initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and data migration.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop user stories, workflows, and process improvements for Guidewire systems.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Assist in developing test plans and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
• Provide expertise in data analysis to support migration activities and ensure data integrity throughout the process.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input, resolve issues, and communicate project updates effectively.

Qualifications
• Must-have:
• Proven experience with Guidewire Policy Center implementation and configuration.
• Strong understanding of Cloud migration processes and best practices.
• Solid background in data analysis and data migration strategies.
• Preferred:
• Experience in Guidewire Cloud environments.
• Knowledge of insurance industry processes and workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
