Experienced LLM Scientist

Saroe, Inc. is hiring an Experienced LLM Scientist for our client, a cutting-edge technology company. This exciting role focuses on developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI, data science, and software engineering, with a passion for solving complex, unstructured problems.

Key Responsibilities
• LLM Development & Fine-Tuning: Research, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs to solve diverse AI challenges effectively.
• Generative AI Solutions: Design and implement advanced AI solutions for various applications.
• RAG Pipelines: Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to improve AI output accuracy.
• Prototyping: Create and showcase prototypes using frameworks like Streamlit or Dash.
• Algorithms & Data Structures: Apply expertise in algorithms and data structures to process unstructured data.
• Performance Optimization: Debug, profile, and optimize machine learning systems for scalability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-driven solutions for unstructured, complex problems.
• Communication: Explain technical concepts and project updates clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, including AI and machine learning projects.
• Proven expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and building Generative AI solutions.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks like Streamlit, Dash, or similar for prototyping.
• Strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and parsing unstructured data.
• Proficiency in debugging, profiling, and optimizing machine learning systems for performance.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in ambiguous scenarios.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas effectively.
