Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in Excel and coding to join our team. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional who excels in managing and analyzing data while leveraging programming skills to enhance workflows and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Data Entry & Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain large datasets across various platforms. Ensure data integrity and correctness by conducting regular quality checks.
• Excel Mastery: Utilize advanced Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, conditional formatting, and complex formulas to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks.
• Coding & Automation: Write and implement scripts or programs (using Python, R, VBA, or similar languages) to automate repetitive tasks, improve data workflows, and enhance data accuracy.
• Data Analysis: Generate reports, summaries, and actionable insights from large datasets to support decision-making processes.
• Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data management workflows and propose innovative solutions, including custom automation tools.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure data accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and support business objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data entry processes, automation scripts, and system configurations for reference and training purposes.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, macros, and pivot tables).
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (e.g., Python, R, VBA, SQL).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
