Summary

Our client is seeking a skilled Faros Consultant with a strong background in implementing and configuring Faros.ai. The ideal candidate will ensure dashboards are fully functional, produce insightful analyses, identify bottlenecks in developer productivity, and collaborate with engineering teams to validate findings and drive resolutions.

Responsibilities
• Implement and configure Faros.ai to meet organizational needs and objectives.
• Ensure dashboards are functioning accurately and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of data to identify bottlenecks in developer productivity.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to validate findings and propose actionable resolutions.
• Monitor and maintain the accuracy and reliability of data sources feeding into Faros.ai.
• Provide training and guidance to stakeholders on using Faros.ai dashboards effectively.
• Develop and document processes to optimize the use of Faros.ai across teams.
• Work closely with engineering leadership to align Faros.ai insights with broader organizational goals.
• Continuously assess and enhance the configuration of Faros.ai to support evolving requirements.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as an engineer implementing and configuring Faros.ai.
• Expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting dashboards to ensure functionality and accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks in developer workflows.
• Experience coordinating with engineering teams to validate findings and develop resolutions.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including the ability to work with APIs and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software development workflows and productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
