Develop and optimize AI chatbot algorithms and workflows to improve user experience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and incorporate business needs into chatbot development.
- Design and implement natural language processing (NLP) models for chatbot conversations.
- Utilize machine learning techniques to improve chatbot understanding and responses.
- Integrate chatbot platforms with various systems and APIs to enable seamless interactions.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical issues in chatbot functionality.
- Continuously research and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI chatbot technology.
- Create and maintain documentation for chatbot development processes and code.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Partner with product teams to test and refine chatbot performance based on user feedback.
