Job Title Software Developer IV

Work Location : Charlotte, NC 28202 / Onsite in Charlotte - Hybrid model - onsite 3 days a week

Mandatory :- This role is focused on supporting Cloud Native Gen AI Platform, both from an observability and testing standpoint.
•
• At least 3+ years of experience with observability tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog or Splunk;
•
• At least 5 years of experience in Python programming including application service development;
•
• working side by side with the engineers on the team to ensure proper instrumentation of observability tooling, alerting, and testing, is in place, as well as independently building ways to perform health checks and load testing on the system. This is not a Data Engineering Role.
•
• Must have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, collaborative team player, raise issues early and often, Able to mentor and coach junior team members, able to review others’ code and provide feedback. Provide location and interview availability
