100% Remote, SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports Developer - Only W2
Required Skills:
Crystal reports, Tableau, data sources, Power BI, Webi, and BigQuery ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO), Google Data Fusion.
Skillset.
• Expert-level experience writing and supporting SAP Business Objects Crystal Reports.
• Experience with writing, reading, and troubleshooting SQL code, specifically SQL code written for Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, and Google BigQuery.
• Expert-level experience developing and supporting Tableau workbooks that will be published on Tableau Server.
• Expert-level experience developing and supporting Tableau published datasets that will be published on Tableau Server.
• Strong familiarity with how to manage content developed and published to Tableau Server in a multi-tier environment (DEV/STAGE/PROD).
• Prefer experience using Azure DevOps for tracking work done using Agile Scrum techniques.
• Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
Optional skillset desired.
• Experience with Lab Information Systems such as SCC Soft, Epic Beaker, etc.
• Experience or familiarity with building and supporting data integration packages using Microsoft SQL Server Integrations Services (SSIS).
• Experience or familiarity with building data pipelines using Google Data Fusion.
Description:
• Maintaining, via ServiceNow & Azure DevOps (ADO), processing of break/fix issues, enhancements, and change requests as required.
• Create new dashboards, data sources, and reports as approved and assigned by the Team Lead.
• Assist with converting existing dashboards and reports as applicable to new data sources and perform testing on any dashboard, data source or report as needed.
• Resolve break/fix requests by contacting the requester, discussing the issue, and making decisions/changes as required to maintain current production readiness and minimize impact to the business.
• Break/fix requests apply to Crystal reports, Tableau, data sources, Power BI, Webi, and BigQuery.
• Escalate a break/fix request to the Team Lead or Operations Organizer if there are concerns resolving it or appears to be a larger systemic issue
• Process routine support requests including but not limited to changing report schedules, retiring an instance or a report, modifying recipients, running research reports, etc.
• Re-run report failures submitted to the intake system as soon as possible. If the report continues failing, investigate the cause and resolve. Depending on the failure root cause, request may become a break/fix.
• Work on change to existing report requests as assigned by the Team Lead.
