Contract
Requirements
• 5+ years as a technical business analyst supporting application development, infrastructure, or security initiatives.
• Financial services experience is required (non-negotiable).
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or structured project management methodologies.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, etc.).
Expertise in at least one of:
• Portfolio accounting software (e.g., Addepar)
• Data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake)
Bonus: Familiarity with Box, Tamarac, APX, or Canoe.
• Understanding of alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds) is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. (Master’s preferred.)
• Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams.
Responsibilities
• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Analyze and optimize workflows, systems, and vendor capabilities.
• Define future-state processes and integration requirements.
• Work with technical teams to implement solutions.
• Support quality assurance and testing.
• Manage stakeholder communication and vendor coordination.
• Ensure project documentation is structured for repeatable testing and validation.
