

Technical Analyst
The ideal candidate will have some familiarity with SAP and experience in tracking metrics for performance spreadsheets. This role involves a hybrid work model, with the preferred location being Jackson, Michigan.
Key Responsibilities:
• Add capital material to SAP work orders for work that doesn't go through an engineering process so purchase orders can be created
• Will be responsible to make date adjustments to capital work orders to align design task dates with committed dates from our design consultants and internal designers.
• Analyze and track performance metrics using spreadsheets and other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Generate and present reports on performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve processes to enhance data collection and reporting.
• Assist in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures.
Skills:
• Some familiarity with SAP systems and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) for tracking and analyzing performance metrics.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Experience with other data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Understanding of the energy sector and utility operations preferred.
