Job role : Tableau/BI Developer

Skills / Experience Required :
• BI Developer + BA Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights for business stakeholders.
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to support business initiatives and ad hoc requests.
• Develop and implement data models that support analytical and visualization needs.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to understand requirements, gather feedback, and refine visualizations for maximum impact.
• Ensure data quality and consistency in all visualizations and reporting solutions.
• Communicate insights and analytical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, tailoring the message as appropriate.
• Analyze complex ecosystem of systems, operating models and understand how it impacts underlying data.
• Stay current with emerging data visualization and analytics trends to drive innovation within the team.
Qualification and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced degree is a plus. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, preferably within financial services, technology, or a related industry.
• Proven experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Pyramid).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of data analysis techniques and methods.
• Intellectual curiosity and a passion for continuous learning, with an eagerness to dive into complex data challenges.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis (in Snowflake, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
