We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tableau Administrator/Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage and enhance our Tableau platform while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful data visualizations.

Responsibilities
• Install, configure, and maintain the Tableau Server environment, including upgrades and security management.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles within Tableau Server.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Tableau environment for peak performance.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau Desktop.
• Connect to various data sources and perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for analysis.
• Provide technical support and training to Tableau users, ensuring effective use of the platform.
• Document Tableau administration procedures and best practices while staying updated with the latest features and releases.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective dashboards.

Skills
• Proven experience as a Tableau Administrator, including installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Strong experience with Tableau Desktop development, creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.
• Excellent understanding of Tableau Server architecture and best practices.
• Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation languages.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with AWS QuickSight and IBM Cognos platform administration.
• AWS certification or knowledge of other AWS services.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration tools.
