location: HYBRID CONTRACT (3 DAYS A WEEK ONSITE IN SCOTTSDALE, AZ!)
MAIN SKILLS: Strong Java Software Development and Design hands-on skills and some knowledge of Kotlin
Is this an ONSITE role? Yes, 3 days per week ONSITE!!!
Is a credit check required? Yes, the end client is a bank.

We are looking for a strong Java Engineer for our client's engineering team.
Position Specifications
Bachelor's Degree in computer sciences or equivalent.
8+ years of IT experience.
7+ years of Java/functional programming experience is a MUST.
Some knowledge of Kotlin.
Expertise in Java object-oriented analysis and design across a variety of platforms.
Thorough understanding of JSON, REST API technologies, and data structure
fundamentals.
Good understanding of Design Concepts and Design Patterns.
Experience In Designing And Building Event Driven Architecture.
Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, product, and experience owners.
Experience With CI/CD Tools (Jenkins) And DevOps.
Knowledge of GraphQL technology is a PLUS.
Experience with banking domain is a PLUS.
