Strategy & Operations Contractor
Akkodis is seeking a Strategy & Operations Contractor / Grocery Growth and Operations Specialist - Remote for a 9 Months Contract. Ideally looking for experience in Salesforce, Data Visualization tools (Sigma or Tableau or any), and basic knowledge of SQL.
Rate Range: $40.00 - $43.00 P/HR; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Strategy & Operations Contractor / Enterprise Grocery Growth & Ops Specialist
Responsibilities:
Ads & Promotions:
• Set up ad & promotion campaigns in Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely campaign launches and updates
• Develop campaign performance readouts using SQL queries and dashboards
• Summarize performance insights and provide recommendations to grocery partners
New Store Launches:
• Oversee the launch of new grocery stores
• Follow 20-30 step processes for store launches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution
Catalog Audits & Updates:
• Proactively monitor grocery merchant catalogs
• Identify and resolve catalog issues with cross-functional teams
• Address merchant catalog issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or customer success
Proficiency with:
• Salesforce
• Tableau, Sigma, or similar data visualization tools
• Google Slides or PowerPoint for presentations
