Sr Project Manager, Quality Analytics

This role requires candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and C2C arrangements are not accepted. EST hours are required.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager, Quality Analytics to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance the Quality organization’s ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data effectively. This role will support the Quality Analytics Center of Excellence, driving innovative quality strategies and programs as the company continues to grow in a dynamic and regulated environment. The individual will be responsible for developing and delivering integrated, cross-modality, and cross-GxP metrics and analyses that inform quality governance, operational QA oversight, and the overall health of core Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage quality analytics projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Design, develop, and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Support the quality metrics program and broader data analytics initiatives.
• Develop and implement data analysis methodologies, collection systems, and optimization strategies to improve statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Generate ad-hoc data models, reports, and analyses to support business needs and decision-making.
• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously explore and implement new data analytics methodologies to enhance value creation.
• Acquire, model, and interpret data from primary and secondary sources to develop descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics.
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in complex data sets to support strategic quality initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure data-driven decision-making and alignment with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, allied health, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of experience, including 2+ years in a management role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven ability to transform data into actionable insights that drive quality and business decisions.
• Expertise in data modeling, statistical analysis, and analytical tools (e.g., Python, R, SAS, SQL, Alteryx).
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Spotfire, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Experience using scripting languages to integrate APIs (e.g., REST APIs).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in a regulated industry.
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and innovative quality management approaches.
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills to drive process improvements.
