Sr. AI/ML Solutions Engineer

We are seeking a Senior AI/ML Solutions Engineer for one of our esteemed clients. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI and ML solutions, driving technological innovation and strategic growth. You will play a key role in integrating AI/ML technologies into existing systems and influencing business strategies.
This is a hybrid position, requiring on-site presence in Rockville, MD, two days per week.
Responsibilities

Design and implement cutting-edge AI/ML solutions to optimize business functions and drive innovation.
Collaborate across departments to identify AI/ML opportunities and align solutions with business objectives.
Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously researching advancements in AI/ML to inform best practices.
Develop scalable and efficient AI/ML models, ensuring robust performance and adaptability.
Enforce AI/ML best practices, enhancing system efficiency, reliability, and accuracy.
Maintain data governance and security, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Continuously refine and improve AI/ML solutions to maximize effectiveness.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and driving project success.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring seamless AI/ML system performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions.
Expertise in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling.
Strong understanding of emerging technology trends and their business impact.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development, including chatbot implementation.
Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Proficiency in AWS cloud services, particularly SageMaker.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Relevant certifications in Cloud and AI/ML, such as AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty, are a plus.
