SQL DBA / Developer - Contract to Hire - Columbus, OH
We are seeking an experienced SQL DBA / Developer with expertise in SQL and PowerBI to customize, develop, and maintain our ERP systems. This role involves software development, troubleshooting, and collaboration with IT and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop & Customize – Extend ERP functionality, build reports, and integrate modules.
• SQL Development – Optimize queries, stored procedures, and maintain data integrity.
• C#/.NET Development – Develop and integrate .NET applications with ERP
• Technical Support – Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with teams.
• Documentation – Maintain system designs, user manuals, and deployment guides.
• Project Management – Assist in planning, gathering requirements, and delivering projects on time.
• Continuous Improvement – Stay updated on industry trends and suggest performance enhancements.
Work Conditions:
• Hybrid/Remote option available (start out 100% ONSITE)
• Open office environment
• May require overtime and on-call support (some nights/weekends)
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
✅ 5+ years of experience in Dynamics SL development/customization
✅ Proficiency in SQL, C#, and .NET (including SQL Server)
✅ Proficiency in PowerBI
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL
• Knowledge of other ERP systems & integrations
• Strong problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
