Rate: $61.07–$76.05 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Data Engineer to join our team and deliver successful data solutions. The individual will be responsible for development and support activities within the domain, working with minimal supervision and guidance. This role requires a strong understanding of the development life cycle, including testing processes and methods, variable programming fundamentals, conditional execution, data structures, compilation, and debugging tools.

Responsibilities:

   • Develop and support data solutions

   • Engage in data modeling, database management, data replication, ETL development, and data flow creation and management

   • Utilize Snowflake for tasks, streams, procedures, security, Snowpipe, and integrations

   • Compose and analyze SQL queries

   • Apply knowledge of Agile development methodologies

   • Work effectively with minimal supervision

   • Be a self-starter and motivated team player able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

   • Demonstrate attention to detail with a focus on quality

   • Possess strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

   • Work independently or within project teams

Required Skills:

   • Professional data engineering experience, including data modeling, database management, data replication, ETL development, and data flow creation and management

   • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake (tasks, streams, procedures, security, Snowpipe, and integrations)

   • Proficiency in writing and analyzing SQL queries

   • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies

   • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

   • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

   • Self-directed and collaborative
