

SharePoint Developer (W2 Contract)
Role : SharePoint Developer
Job Type : W2 Contract Only
• Assist in developing SharePoint Solutions/Apps in SharePoint Online.
• Analyze customer needs, document requirements, and assist in designing SharePoint technical solutions/apps.
• Develop custom forms and workflows using Nintex Cloud and/or Power Platform applications (Power Apps/Power Automate).
• Write custom web parts/apps, event handlers, features, site definitions, and package solutions.
• Assist in designing and building applications that interface with other enterprise applications.
• Identify, document, facilitate, and maintain industry best practices based on company policy from a developer’s perspective.
• Create, maintain, support, and monitor security permissions and schemas for SharePoint.

What You’ll Need
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical area or equivalent hands-on experience preferred; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of education. Preference is given to those who have continued to upgrade their skills through education and training.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience.
• Experience in Microsoft 365\SharePoint Online and Flow\Power Automate and the Power Platform Tools.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and/or Nintex Cloud.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and under time constraints.
• Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of customers.
• Ability to explain technical concepts and information in non-technical terms to non-IT areas.
• Ability to engage with vendor or third-party solution providers.
• Preferred Experience in Server-side (C#) and client-side (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Solutions/Apps.
• Preferred Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
• Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
