EXPERIENCE:
• Experience with Microsoft 356 and Azure design and architecture
• 5+ years experience in API development, integration, and support
• Experience with SharePoint Online and related technologies
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Logic Apps
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agent, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Proficient with RESTful APIs, SharePoint RestAPI, Graph API, JSON, XML, and related web technologies
• Proficient with programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, and PowerShell
• Experience creating detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

SUMMARY:

The Sr. Programmer Analyst, API Developer is primarily responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support for API integrations that connect various archive repositories to a content management system (CMS), which is currently SharePoint Online at Creative. This role also involves leveraging Azure Logic apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps to streamline and automate workflows.

General responsibilities include:
• Use problem-solving and analytical skills to design, develop, customize, implement, upgrade, and support API integrations, Azure Logic apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps within our Standards and Operating Procedures.
• Work with customers and technical staff to gather requirements, create detailed specifications, design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Ensure API integrations, Azure Logic apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps are used according to best practices.
• Serve as a Technical Subject Matter Expert for SharePoint, Power Platform and API- related projects.
• Ensure quality assurance activities are completed, including technical reviews and code notation and documentation.
• Assist end users by providing strategic direction, training materials, and status updates on support requests.
• This position requires the ability to quickly understand supporting business processes and translate them into system designs that will support the objectives while utilizing out-of- the-box functionality.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, develop, implement, and support API integrations, Azure Logic apps, Power Automate Flows, and PowerApps for Universal Creative. Complete planning, execution, and support for content and CMS migrations
• Collaborate in a team environment and independently with vendors, business partners, and IT teams on projects, support, application development, and standardization. This includes managing vendor(s) in the execution of their scopes of work
• Implement high-quality, scalable, and extendable solutions for moderate to high complexity issues using APIs, Azure Logic apps, Power Platform while adhering to established best practices.
• Assist other technical staff in resolving problems.
• Assist in the maintenance and support of SharePoint, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: 0-2 direct reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering or equivalent required. Master's degree preferred.
