We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to develop algorithmic solutions that improve user experiences and drive operational efficiencies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end machine learning product architectures, from data ingestion and processing to delivering results. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, data engineering, and data architecture, to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models.
As a key member of a growing, high-visibility team, you’ll be instrumental in applying the latest techniques in data science, machine learning, and AI to enhance our business. This role will require both solution architecture skills and hands-on implementation.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with data scientists to design architectures that activate machine learning models, including real-time and offline use cases.
• Develop prototype algorithmic solutions using AWS services with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Implement production-ready solutions using infrastructure-as-code patterns.
• Build data processing workflows to enhance Feature Stores, including data cleansing and transformation logic.
• Continuously improve existing algorithmic products to maximize their impact.
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines meet machine learning needs.
• Stay current with cutting-edge machine learning engineering patterns and AWS services.
• Ensure all solutions align with data governance, security, and architectural standards.
Experience and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience developing software product solutions in the cloud, with a focus on machine learning products.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, PySpark, and Docker.
• Experience with large-scale streaming and batch data architectures.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• No customer-facing interactions required.
Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
