Senior Insights Analyst
About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Insights Analyst with a strong background in digital marketing analytics and client-facing experience. This role will be responsible for overseeing data-driven analyses and analytics projects that optimize media investment allocations and drive business outcomes. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to define strategies around multimedia customers and leverage advanced measurement tools to deliver actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data-driven analyses and analytics projects to optimize media and business outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients to define and strategize around multimedia customer insights.
• Work with performance data from media platforms (Google, Meta), analytics systems (GA, Adobe), and advanced measurement tools (MMM, incrementality testing).
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies in analytics and measurement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted analytics expert.
• Manage large-scale measurement projects such as MMM and long-term analysis.
• Deliver insights that drive media investment decisions and experimentation roadmaps.
• Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Datorama).
Qualifications:
• 4-5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics.
• Strong client-facing experience with proven ability to communicate insights effectively.
• Agency experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Manager.
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Datorama.
• Experience with forecasting, regression analysis, and incrementality testing.
• Deep understanding of digital media channels (SEM, SEO, Social, OTT, etc.).
• Experience managing large-scale measurement projects like MMM (not necessarily building but project managing).
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience augmenting ROI measurement with financial concepts (margin, COGS, NPV, LTV, etc.).
• Background in business analysis or data analysis.
• Familiarity with statistical concepts such as regression analysis and Chi-squared tests.
