Senior DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to lead infrastructure automation, CI/CD, and cloud security initiatives. You will play a crucial role in optimizing deployment workflows, ensuring high availability, and improving system resilience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect and manage highly scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms.
• Define and implement best practices for CI/CD and DevOps culture.
• Lead automation efforts for deployments, monitoring, and security.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior DevOps engineers and promote knowledge sharing.

Requirements:
• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and GitOps workflows.
• Advanced scripting and programming skills (Python, Go, or Bash).
• Experience in implementing security best practices in DevOps workflows.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers.

Nice to Have:
• Experience with multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud solutions.
• Knowledge of FinOps and cost optimization techniques.
• Exposure to AI/ML model deployment in DevOps workflows.
