Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in BICEPS DevOps tool to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategies. You will play a key role in optimizing our development and operations processes to ensure seamless software delivery and high system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions using BICEPS DevOps tool.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient software deployment.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application reliability.
Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to streamline workflows.
Implement security best practices in cloud and on-premise environments.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a similar role.
Hands-on expertise with BICEPS DevOps tool.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates).
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in DevOps, cloud platforms, or security (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator, etc.).
Experience in microservices architecture and serverless computing.
Knowledge of security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.).
