Role : Senior Data Engineer(Only w2)
Location: Bentonville, AR (Hybrid)
Responsibilities:
Design and develop big data applications using open-source technologies.
Develop logical and physical data models for big data platforms.
Automate workflows using Apache Airflow.
Create data pipelines using Apache Hive, Spark, Kafka.
Provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements to existing systems.
Mentor junior engineers and lead standups/design reviews.
Groom and prioritize backlog using JIRA.
Requirements:
✅ GCP Experience (4+ years) – Dataproc, GCS & BigQuery
✅ 10+ years of experience in data warehouse solutions & data products
✅ 6+ years of experience with Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Airflow
✅ 5+ years of hands-on experience in schema design for data lakes/RDBMS
✅ Strong Python, Java, Scala programming skills
✅ Experience with scripting (Perl, Shell, etc.)
✅ Familiarity with Gitflow, BitBucket, JIRA, Jenkins, CI/CD tools
✅ Agile/Scrum experience
