Title: Sr. Data Engineer
Location: Preference for 5 Hubs, primarily Pittsburgh and Strongsville
Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite); Remote possible with approvals
Time Zone: EST
Schedule: M-F, 8 AM - 5 PM, flexible
Contract Details
• Duration: Until end of the year (EOY)
• Possible Extension: Yes
• Conversion to FTE: Possible, but only for candidates open to Client full-time employment
• Visa Sponsorship: Not available
• Reason for Opening: Backfill due to tenure
Team & Responsibilities
• Function of the Group: Combination of multiple projects (ETL-heavy role)
• Key Project: AAO Migration
• Industry Focus: ETL/Informatica, database-related
• Team Structure:
• 2 leads managing a team of offshore developers
• Agile environment – Deliverables handled in collaboration with Product Owners
Must-Have Skills
• Informatica
• Oracle/SQL
• Linux & Shell Scripting
Nice-to-Have (Flex Skills)
• Mainframe experience
Soft Skills
• Strong Communication
• Collaboration
Education
• Bachelor’s preferred, but equivalent experience accepted
