Title: Lead Data Management Analyst / Lead Data Analyst / Lead Data Architect / Lead Senior Data Architect / Lead Data Analytics - 2 Openings

Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Roles

Duration: 12+ Month (s) Extend or Convert based on performances

Job Descriptions:

Supporting the Payments Command Center working through Client Impact assessment (data) and Communication.

Building a larger team to prepare for the FED ISO changing in March 2025 and Swift changing in November 2025.

They have an influx of work and need more bandwidth to execute on these incidents that occur.

Must Haves:
• Working SME of SQL
• Master at Excel
• Able to assess and pull data on the fly (data mining, slicing & dicing of data from scratch)
• Able to assess data impacts and build support manual reporting needs
• Experts in end to end data flow, hands on data aggregation from multiple sources
• SME in the analysis, design and execution of data and reporting
• They need to available and onsite at least 4-5 days out of the week. They have to be local in order to be flexible and come onsite on short notice. The manager said most likely they will never work 5 days onsite but we need candidates that are willing to do that and have that passionate/committed mindset.
• Experience working for an Enterprise/large bank or financial institution
• Experience creating modules from scratch in the dashboards of Tableau
• Data perspective, how do we get data from different applications and how do we get it structured?
• Write their own macros to go pull data
• Pulling the data and reporting the data from the incident mgmt. team (format structure, not talking much to the data)
• Writing the scripts to go get the data
• Not building the data pipelines or data lakes

Desired Qualifications:
• Excel
• SQL
• Tableau

HUGE PLUSSES:
• Payments experience
• Python or Alteryx

Senior Data Analyst- 5 Openings

Must Haves:
• Strong experience in writing complex SQL quires (wiring SQL from scratch, Writing Complex SQL Queries, Stored Procedures), Solid MS Excel (Creating Pivot Table, Running Macros, Working on Formulas)
• Data management, building Dashboard, Data sources
• Experience in creating dashboard using PowerBI & Tableau and experience in Dashboard presentation
• Financial/Banking/ACH / Wire Transfer / Swift/Payment/Payment Software
• Experiences working with Python/Spark/PySpark would be a plus.
