Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Senior Data Analyst. Key responsibilities include:
• Senior Data Analyst will develop and maintain high-quality reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Implement data best practices, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and reusability
• Serve as a mentor to junior analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and technical growth
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate data into actionable insights
• As a Senior Data Analyst, you will support the modernization of data processes, helping to optimize legacy workflows
• Assist in the adoption of Power BI, Python, and Azure-based data solutions

Requirements
• Strong experience in SQL, data visualization, and storytelling with data
• Proficiency in Power BI and Python (Azure experience is a plus)
• Ability to drive initiatives independently while also mentoring junior team members
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and problem-solving
• Experience in a structured, growing organization where data processes are being established is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
