Senior Data Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Field Force Effectiveness (FFE) Data Analyst to support our field force engagement strategy. This role will be responsible for querying data, calculating and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and developing insightful reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing and automating field force KPI processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Query, extract, and analyze data to assess field force engagement and performance KPIs.
• Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI and other data visualization tools.
• Support the establishment of automated processes to improve KPI tracking and reporting.
• Work with large datasets using SQL, Snowflake, and Advanced Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide business insights that drive field force effectiveness.
• Interpret sales and marketing metrics to inform decision-making and strategy.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• 3+ years of professional experience in data analytics, KPI measurement, and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL and related query languages for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of Snowflake and Advanced Excel for data processing.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Understanding of sales and marketing metrics, preferably within Life Sciences or Field Force Measurement.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related industries.
Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
