Role: Senior Business Process Automation Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of RPA solutions using UiPath, with a strong focus on healthcare-related processes.
• Analyze complex business processes in the healthcare domain (claims processing, revenue cycle management, patient onboarding, EHR/EMR systems, etc.).
• Collaborate with healthcare business units and compliance teams to understand challenges and recommend automation strategies.
• Ensure automations comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Optimize existing RPA solutions and continuously identify areas for further automation and process improvement.
• Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices across the automation lifecycle.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and operations to deliver automation projects on time.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including solution designs, process flows, and testing protocols.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business process automation, with 3+ years specifically using UiPath.
• Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA, HL7), and terminology.
• Proven experience with UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Task Capture.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI/ML integrations in healthcare automation.
• Knowledge of other RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other healthcare interoperability standards.
Experience in working in Agile/Scrum environments
