Business Intelligence Analyst – Data Analytics & Visualization
Location: Calhoun, GA - Initial 2 weeks will be in office then occasional travel to office during the project
Duration: Contract (Immediate Start)
Our client is transforming the industry with cutting-edge technology and business intelligence solutions. They are in the midst of a major data transformation initiative and are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support their pricing and sales teams in building out advanced analytics and visualization solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Data Analytics & Visualization: Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports from scratch (80% new build, 20% maintenance).
• Data Processing & SQL Queries: Extract and manipulate large datasets (50+ million lines of data) to drive business insights.
• Python Programming: Use Python for data automation, manipulation, and analysis.
• Data Management: Work with structured and unstructured datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Report Development: Establish key reports and analytics for pricing performance and business trends.
• Independent Execution: No presentations, no meetings—this role is purely technical and analytical.
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven Expertise in Data Analytics & Visualization: Experience handling large-scale datasets (50M+ lines of data) in a real-world business setting.
• Technical Proficiency:
• SQL: Strong experience writing complex queries and working with databases.
• Power BI: Ability to build dynamic dashboards and data visualizations.
• Python: Strong scripting skills for data automation and analysis.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to synthesize and interpret data effectively without needing to present insights.
• SAP & Pricefx Experience (Nice to Have): Familiarity with pricing analytics and ERP integration is a plus.
• Self-Sufficiency: This role is for technical experts—you’ll be building reports from scratch.
