Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, CRM Analytics for a remote opportunity.

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Technology Analyst to play a pivotal role in enhancing our marketing infrastructure and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing core marketing technologies, including our marketing data warehouse, identity management systems, and customer data platforms.

   • Act as the central authority on marketing data architecture and technological capabilities, ensuring systems are scalable and aligned with organizational goals. (20%)

   • Develop and promote a comprehensive 360-degree customer view, enabling personalized, data-driven interactions across all touchpoints. (20%)

   • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver technological solutions that drive measurable outcomes. (20%)

   • Lead efforts to continuously improve data quality, integration, and accessibility across marketing systems. (20%)

   • Evangelize the use of data and technology within the marketing organization, fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. (20%)

Skills & Requirements

   • 5+ years’ experience in IT or Technical business function

   • 5+ years’ experience with SQL

   • 5+ years’ experience with database programming, modeling or administration

   • Experience in setting up a CRM platform from beginning to end

   • Experience with MDM (Master Data Management) technologies

   • Experience with integration patterns including web hooks, API, ELT and ETL

   • Experience with diagramming tools (Lucid Chart, Visio

   • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field

Pluses, nice to haves?

   • Expertise with Hubspot is a plus or Big Data tools and platforms (Snowflake, Big Query, AWS, Simon Data)
