

Senior Adobe Analytics Developer
Required Active Certifications:
· Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner.
· Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Analytics Developer.
· Adobe Certified Master – Adobe Analytics Architect.
· Adobe Certified Developer – Customer Journey Analytics Developer (optional).
Special Skill Set (optional):
· Experience: 8-10 years in IT, with a minimum of 6+ years using Adobe Analytics Suite.
· Tag Management: 5+ years of experience in design and development of tag management systems.
· Web Analytics Tools: Hands-on experience implementing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Adobe IO, AEM, and Adobe Target.
· Web Technologies: Deep understanding of the DOM, page loading lifecycle, HTTP, and Web APIs (REST and SOAP).
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide analytics solutions for multiple web properties and support strategic initiatives.
· Collaborate with marketing and business partners to define KPIs for new projects and enhancements.
· Leverage Adobe Analytics Suite to define and implement the best analytics approach.
· Design and code reviews: Participate in reviews, documenting designs, and ensuring the highest quality software through methodologies.
· Develop and maintain a digital data layer for standardizing and distributing data across Amtrak systems.
· Work with large data sets and perform multivariate analysis to derive insights.
· Build and manage Adobe Analytics report suites and data integrations into various platforms (e.g., CRMs, testing, and marketing automation tools).
· Export data feeds to S3, SFTP, or FTP.
· Lead Tag Management platform implementation, ensuring quality and successful completion of work.
· Support Client’s architecture team in implementing best-in-class web analytics setups.
· Troubleshoot and solve technical issues that arise during the implementation process.
Desired Skills:
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Experience working with multi-channel customer-level data analysis.
· Knowledge of content management systems, SEO, and social media in the context of web/mobile analytics.
· Ability to clearly communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
· Experience in testing and validating code through debugging methods.
· Comfortable presenting and interacting with customer stakeholders and management teams.
