Company Introduction
We are looking for a SC Cleared Power BI Developer to join our client in the Government Administration industry.
The successful candidate for this role must be SC Cleared, based in or near London or Wolverhampton, and able to attend the office 1-2 times a week.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
Develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights. Design efficient and scalable Power BI solutions, optimising performance and usability. Work with SQL Server, Azure, and other data sources to integrate data into Power BI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Support and mentor junior team members as needed.Required Skills/Experience
Proven experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of report and dashboard development. Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Desktop. Strong SQL skills for data querying and transformation. Knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes. Experience working with large datasets and ensuring high-performance reporting. Ability to communicate effectively with business users to gather requirements and provide insights.
