SAP BW Developer

Rate: $70/hour

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Analytics Leader to provide strategic guidance and hands-on expertise in data analytics, with particular focus on SAP BW and enterprise reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead analytics initiatives and provide technical consultation on data-driven solutions
• Design and optimize reporting frameworks using SAP BW and other business intelligence tools
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that drive business insights
• Ability to provide guidance on AI/ML solutions to enhance business processes and decision-making
• Understand predictive models and algorithms to address business challenges
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommend solutions
• Mentor team members on analytics best practices and methodologies

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in analytics and business intelligence
• Strong expertise in SAP BW, including data modeling and report development
• Proficiency in additional BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Experience in SQL and data manipulation
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP HANA
• Experience in implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Background in consulting or client-facing roles
• Industry certifications in relevant technologies
