Salesforce Reporting Analyst
Performs all sales ops day to day operations, including reporting, user management, resolving bugs, customer view creation for sales organization. Handles all sales ops tasks such as handling of inactive records and duplicates, account ownership, creation of auto reports to identify any issues in various sales motions. Determines best practices and develops actionable insights and recommendations for the current sales operations. Works directly with the internal or external client to identify analytical requirement
Required Skills :
• Build comprehensive reports in Salesforce, and proficiency in building sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, quota attainment, win/loss analysis, customer segmentation reports, etc
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, relationships, and implications of different relationship types.
• Salesforce formulas for both row-level and aggregate fields and reports
• Various Salesforce report types and report templates (summary, tabular, matrix, and joined).
• Strong business acumen and exceptional analytical ability with 5+ years of industry experience with data analysis/data science/sales operations
• Exceptional ability to take initiative, be a self-starter, and solve problems
• Outstanding communications skills with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams
• Proactive and inquisitive learner who seeks out and capitalizes on opportunities for change that enhance the business, rather than reacting to circumstances
• Strong organizational skills, time management, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet objectives and key deadlines
• Experience in querying and manipulating large data sets.
• Building Dashboards and Data: Collaborate with the team to design and build comprehensive dashboards and data sets to support Sales and Operations decision-making processes.
Skills Set:
• Salesforce reporting experience minimum 3-4 years (Required)
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred
