Job Description: Need an experienced Salesforce CRM Integration Architect to lead a migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This strategic role combines deep Salesforce expertise with contact center integration experience to deliver a seamless CRM transformation for the client's enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and implementation strategy for migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce FSC Design and oversee integration between Salesforce and Contact Center platforms Develop migration frameworks and data mapping strategies Create technical specifications and solution designs for complex integrations Guide development teams on best practices and architectural standards Ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and enterprise systems Establish governance frameworks for data quality and system performance Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders Provide risk mitigation strategies and architectural oversight Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Salesforce implementation experience Proven experience migrating from MS Dynamics to Salesforce Strong background in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Experience integrating Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms Enterprise architecture experience in financial services sector Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations Strong technical background in API integration patterns Experience with data migration tools and ETL processes Preferred Qualifications: Five9 platform experience Salesforce Technical Architect certification Experience with financial services compliance requirements Background in agile delivery methodologies Experience with middleware integration platforms Technical Skills: Salesforce FSC Microsoft Dynamics CCaaS platforms (Five9 preferred) API integration patterns Data migration tools ETL processes Integration middleware This role requires an enterprise architect mindset with the ability to: Think strategically about long-term technical implications Balance business requirements with technical constraints Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders Drive architectural decisions that align with enterprise standards Lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations
