About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with expertise in AgentSync to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions for our organization. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integration best practices, and hands-on experience with AgentSync to streamline insurance licensing and compliance workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Provide architectural oversight for Salesforce implementation, including customization, integration, and performance optimization.
• Implement and optimize AgentSync for insurance licensing, appointments, and compliance automation.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Develop integration strategies with third-party applications and external systems.
• Ensure best practices for security, scalability, and data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practice recommendations to development teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimizing system performance.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, AgentSync updates, and industry trends to enhance system capabilities.

Required Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience with AgentSync for managing insurance licensing and compliance.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Lightning components.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, governance, and DevOps best practices.
• Familiarity with insurance industry workflows, licensing, and compliance regulations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application/Technical Architect) are highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with AgentSync Manage and AgentSync AutoPilot.
• Background in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Salesforce DevOps methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams.
