

Reporting Analyst
We are seeking a skilled Reporting / Data Analyst to join our Reporting team, responsible for generating and delivering regular reports for Service Operations using SQL, Python, and Tableau to gather and present data insights.
Job Type: Contract, W2 without benefits (NO C2C / NO Sponsorship)
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute established processes and validate output before publishing results.
• Utilize SQL and Python to modify and update reporting processes based on customer requests.
• Apply Tableau skills to adjust and improve reporting processes as needed.
• Identify opportunities to automate and enhance existing reporting workflows.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or a similar quantitative STEM field.
• Relevant professional work experience or an advanced degree in one of the above disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R (assessed during interviews).
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Extensive experience in data acquisition, manipulation, and cleaning.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional experience in auto financing, consumer lending, or financial institutions.
• Experience in call center reporting and administration.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in data management, coding, and reporting tools, with the ability to drive process improvements and effectively communicate insights.
