Quantitative Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Quant Data Analyst with a strong background in financial trading systems, data analysis, and experience with custom application development. In this role, you will work closely with business teams to identify, assess, and streamline existing systems, crafting solutions that drive efficiency and ensure seamless integration into our trading platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Business Analysis: Expertise in gathering and analyzing business requirements, identifying areas of improvement, and facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Ability to interpret large datasets and generate actionable insights to support decision-making and optimize trading systems.
• SQL & Python Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and reporting, and Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Trading System Experience: Solid understanding of financial trading platforms and systems, with hands-on experience in supporting their development and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support SDLC: Perform traditional Business Analyst duties to support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of financial trading and related integrated systems.
• Productionization of In-House Apps: Identify, evaluate, and strategize ways to productionize existing in-house applications, including reverse engineering as needed to ensure scalability and efficiency.

Desired Experience:
• Experience in a similar Business Analyst role, particularly within financial or trading systems.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall), and system testing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
