Quality Data Analyst

Responsible for maintaining and managing accurate data for new product launches and existing products.

In addition to responding to requests from the business, this position will also be responsible for collaborating with new product launch teams, project team members, and business process owners.

The responsibilities will include:

• Maintain Master and Transactional Data across ERP and partner systems

• Perform data analytics activities for quality systems data

• Identify actionable insights to the business and cross-functional teams

• Support Quality projects and initiatives

Qualifications
• Background with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required such as formulas, pivot tables, trend analysis, etc.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and how to effectively utilize them within a business.
• Ability to conduct a careful study of data and information in a methodical way
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow in a rapidly changing environment Strong organizational, critical thinking, and analytical skills to assess problems and find solutions Independent, proactive, result-oriented, and self-motivated individual committed to excellence and high standards
• Versed in interacting with cross-functional team members and presenting business insights to different stakeholders
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
