QA Data Analyst (Data & SQL Expertise) – Enterprise Data Quality

We are seeking a Senior QA Data Analyst with strong SQL skills and a deep understanding of data within a large-scale enterprise environment. This role requires someone who is highly analytical, takes initiative, and communicates effectively with both technical and business teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling, source-to-target mapping, data lineage tracking, and data governance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive data validation and quality testing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Execute source-to-target mapping (S2T) and data lineage analysis to track data transformations.
• Develop and refine data models to support enterprise data management strategies.
• Work with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Collaborate with data governance teams to enhance compliance and best practices.
• Utilize Informatica ETL tools for data validation and transformation testing.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries for data analysis, extraction, and validation.
• Engage with business and IT teams to understand data needs and drive quality improvements.

Required Qualifications:
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in data analysis, validation, and transformation.
• Experience in ETL testing with Informatica in large, enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency in data modeling, including experience with relational and dimensional models.
• Expertise in source-to-target mapping and data lineage tracking.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and communicate effectively.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
• Background in regulated industries or large-scale enterprise data environments.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
• Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms is a plus.
