Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Data Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Azure services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in test automation, data validation, and cloud-based QA processes. This role requires collaboration with developers, data engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure the reliability and performance of data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for data validation.
• Validate and test Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Azure Blob Storage pipelines.
• Implement test automation using Selenium and JUnit.
• Work with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Conduct performance testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of data workflows.
• Ensure best practices in test automation, quality assurance, and cloud-based testing.
Must-Have Skills:
✔ Azure Services Proficiency – ADF, Databricks, Blob Storage
✔ Selenium – Automation testing for UI and APIs
✔ JUnit – Test framework for Java-based automation
✔ Azure DevOps – CI/CD pipeline integration
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of SQL for database validation.
• Understanding of Big Data technologies.
