Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Python Developer specializing in healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of healthcare APIs (such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI 837/835) and a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline RCM workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, test, and maintain Python-based automation solutions for healthcare RCM processes.
• Integrate and work with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI to enable smooth data exchange between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including RCM analysts and coding specialists, to understand automation requirements and develop efficient solutions.
• Build and manage scalable, reliable data processing pipelines for healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues in RCM processes, ensuring high data accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Optimize existing workflows and develop new features to enhance RCM automation systems.
• Stay informed on the latest healthcare technology trends and data exchange standards relevant to RCM.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of Python development experience, with a focus on healthcare automation.
• Healthcare API Expertise: Strong experience with healthcare APIs such as HL7, FHIR, EDI 837/835, and other data exchange standards.
• RCM Automation: Demonstrated success in automating complex RCM workflows, including eligibility verification, claims processing, payment posting, and denial management.
• Integration Skills: Experience integrating with third-party healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, billing software).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills to tackle complex data and workflow challenges.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive analytics in RCM.
• Engineering degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
• Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
