

Project Manager II
Data Analytics PM
Pay Rate: $60/hr on W2
Capacity: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days WFH
Location - 501 West 30th Street New York NY 10001 United States
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead the development of Power BI divisional use cases across 4 divisions. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that use case builds are progressing smoothly, coordinating with use case owners, and tracking progress to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the overall project lifecycle for the development of Power BI divisional use cases.
• Collaborate with use case owners to gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with IT teams and divisional teams to ensure that Power BI use cases are developed and delivered on time.
• Facilitate regular project meetings to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
• Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and blockers in a timely manner.
• Ensure that project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and issues.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented project environment.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in data analytics or business intelligence projects.
• Strong understanding of Power BI and data visualization concepts.
• Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management tools and techniques, such as Gantt charts, project plans, and progress tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a cross-divisional environment.
• Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2.
