Project Analyst - 2962 (No Corp - Corp, W2 Only)
Position: 2962 – Project Analyst 2Location: Hybrid - Irwindale, CA 91702 (Wed & Thurs Onsite)
Responsibilities:
Supporting Customer Generation Programs (CGP) using data visualization skills, solution building, development, and oversight of CGP dashboards.
Consulting with clients and leadership to drive strategic data-informed decisions by creating intuitive dashboards, on-demand data views, and translating the data into actionable intelligence.
Devising accurate steps to enhance the effectiveness of Renewal Energy Programs and Incentives and make recommendation based on critical performance data analysis.
Vital to the success of regulatory compliance programs, providing key thought to Interconnection and Incentives programs members to provide data-driven recommendations.
Running data analysis, gathering data and providing queries generated from SAS.
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
5 years' experience using MS platform (includes Power BI) and applications. Must test of provided certification of MS expertise
Analytical experience deriving critical insights from large datasets. Hands-on experience with data visualization applications, tools such SAS Visual Analytics, PowerBI and intermediate experience with standard Microsoft platform applications.
Experience with SAP - preference is customer and billing modules
Reporting communicating data for stakeholder's that need data from a periodic basis from a different data sourcing.
Providing procedures for validation of data accuracy
Must be a team player who actively contributes to meetings and discussions and brings creative/innovative ideas for process improvements.
Database development experience using BOBJ = Business Objects, Alteryx, Snowflake (internal only - SAS is a backend tools used to get info from SAP) , SAP, and/or SAS Enterprise Guide.
Desired:
Experience in data warehousing and extraction tools, technical data concepts, design, data engineering, and statistical forecasts.
