About the role
We are seeking a Product Manager to lead Reporting and Analytics within our Product workstream. As part of a large transformation project, this role will help ensure reporting requirements are captured in collaboration with wider reporting delivery teams. You will help align reporting dashboards with our needs, supporting data literacy programs, and driving relevant insights to enhance decision-making across the organization.
This role sits within the Product domain responsible for Data, Personalisation and Customer Engagement and Marketing, but will also work closely with Digital Analytics, as well as wider business reporting functions and teams across the whole of Boots.com.

What you’ll need to have
Collaborate with 27 product areas to collect and prioritize reporting requirements.
Define and lead the overarching reporting strategy, ensuring understanding across teams.
Partner with solutioning and delivery teams to outline high-level reporting solutions.
Coordinate with reporting domains (Digital, Marketing, MI) to refine practices.
Direct reporting delivery teams to bring our requirements to life.
Promote data literacy and engagement with reporting tools and analytics.
Work with virtual delivery teams (project managers, data engineers, designers) for seamless reporting deployment.
Facilitate the transition of reporting solutions to domain teams for maintenance.
Define user stories and categorise reporting features by audience, criticality, and outcomes.
Collaborate with partners to ensure alignment and guide reporting improvements.
Ensure reporting solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Promote stakeholder satisfaction and engagement through effective reporting strategies.
Enhance data literacy across teams, increasing use and understanding of reporting tools.
Align reporting outputs with our goals to demonstrate measurable impact.
It would be great if you also have
Experience as a Product Manager in reporting, analytics, or data-driven projects.
Experience using data and insights to inform product development and knowledge of data platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Databricks).
Proven ability to prioritize business requirements and manage cross-functional teams.
Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative development.
Confident in challenging teams and requirements constructively
User-centric decision-making, with a focus on delivering impactful reporting solutions
Demonstrate clear ownership and accountability by proactively addressing challenges
Strong collaboration Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners, being Experience digging into customer feedback, following up to further define issues and align teams
Strategic thinking skills, allowing you to align reporting projects with business outcomes
