

Power Platform Developer
An employer is seeking a Power Platform to join their team remotely in EST. This position is open because there is a state agency in need of additional support as they migrate to a new case management platform. All applications previously developed for this agency have been built in-house, and they are launching their first instance of Power Platform in the coming months to modernize their platforms. This person will manage efforts using Azure DevOps and collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and leverage Power Platform. The Power Platform will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining applications using the MS Power Platform suite including Power apps, Power Automate, Canvas Apps, PowerBI integrations, and SQL to automate workflows and upgrade and create custom applications. They will need to create data models, user interfaces, workflows, and reports, while developing and maintaining concise end user documentation and driving business processes. This resource will work with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and leverage Power Platform to create efficient and effective solutions. This resource should be able to support testing and remediate defects and should have experience with SQL and have experience working with enterprise integrations in Power Platform including backend integrations and connecting Power Platform with other systems. This person should have exemplary communication skills and high attention to detail.
Must have:
4+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer
4+ years of experience working with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, & PowerBI
2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps
2+ years of experience with Azure Cloud Services
Experience with SQL
Experience with Agile
Plus:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
Experience in the health and human services industry, understanding of HIPAA and related compliance
Experience working for the State, Local, or Federal Government
