Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely until staff return to the office. Upon return, the candidate will be required to work onsite.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in a team environment with various developers, UX developers, front-end portal developers, project managers, and architects on multiple solutions simultaneously.
• Design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions to expand its use across the organization in alignment with business objectives.
• Provide training and documentation for business users.
• Develop and manage Power Platform solutions, including MS Dynamics Solutions, in the Government Cloud GCC.
• Engage with other development teams to leverage existing functionality and components for efficient solution delivery.
• Create and manage Power Platform components, including managed and unmanaged solutions, and work with solution imports/exports.
• Customize and manage Dynamics 365 forms, views, charts, dashboards, and themes.
• Administer Dynamics 365 entities and relationships, including system/custom entities, entity properties, ownership, and cascading rules.
• Configure field customizations, including calculated fields, rollup fields, global option sets, and field-level security.
• Implement and manage business rules, workflows, and business process flows, ensuring proper triggers, actions, and conditions.
• Develop complex Power Automate flows and other automation tools.
• Ensure solutions align with SDLC for Model Driven Apps and manage solution versions effectively.
• Utilize JavaScript, web resources, and plugins for advanced customizations.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of workflows, business rules, business process flows, Power Automate flows, actions, and other out-of-the-box tools. (5+ years)
• Proficient with the architecture and security model of Model Driven Apps. (5+ years)
• Hands-on experience developing complex flows using Power Automate. (2+ years)
• Experience with the SDLC process for Model Driven Apps and solution management. (5+ years)
• Expertise in advanced customizations using JavaScript, web resources, and plugins. (5+ years)
• Proficient in Dynamics CRM/365/Model Driven Apps. (5+ years)
• Skilled in C# and JavaScript for custom development. (5+ years)
• Experience with designing, building, and customizing form structures in Dynamics 365, including specialized form components. (4+ years)
• Experience with large-scale enterprise-level solutions. (2+ years)
• Familiar with form navigation, form types, multiple forms, form customizations, and mobile clients. (4+ years)
• Experience with PCF custom controls and TypeScript. (3+ years)
• Experience with Power Apps Portals or The Portal Connector. (2+ years) – Desired
• Professional Certifications in Dynamics 365. (2+ years) – Highly desired
